PLASCON PRIMER SEALER UNDERCOAT is a copolymer based general purpose primer sealer/undercoat for untreated timber and concrete surfaces
- Ideal for porous timber surfaces on which Supergloss or other decorative alkyd based enamels are to be applied
- The high content of Titanium dioxide in the formulation gives excellent filling and obliterating properties
- Can also be applied onto concrete surfaces
