Returns

  1. Eligibility for Returns
    • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
    • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date.
  2. Non-Returnable Items
    • Custom-mixed paints or any special order products are not eligible for return.
    • Items purchased on sale or with a discount are also non-returnable.
  3. Return Process
    • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@rangi.co.ke or call us at +254 725326795. Provide your order number, details of the product you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
    • Upon approval, we will provide you with instructions on how to send back your item. Please do not send your purchase back without receiving prior authorization from us.
  4. Return Shipping
    • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
    • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

  1. Processing Refunds
    • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your return. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that the refund amount will be the original purchase price minus any shipping costs.

    • Refunds typically take 2-4 business days to process, depending on your payment method.
  3. Late or Missing Refunds
    • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
    • Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges

  1. Damaged or Defective Items
    • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at info@rangi.co.ke.
