Product Description

Type: An alkyd/ oil-based economical enamel

Uses: Ideal for decorating and protecting interior surfaces.

Substrates: Suitably primed interior steel, timber and masonry such as door and window frames, signwriting, handrails, trim work, plastic, fibreglass as well as bathroom and kitchen walls.

Advantages: Smooth, high gloss, washable & stain-resistant finish. Wide colour range.

Conditions during application: The temperature of the substrate should be minimum 10°C and at least 3°C above the dew point of the air, measured near the substrate. Good ventilation is required in confined areas to ensure proper drying. The moisture content in the substrate should not exceed 3% (by weight). The coating should not be exposed to oil, chemicals or mechanical stress until fully cured.

Colour Range: Available in 51 colours from Ngao shade card.

Pack Sizes: ¼ Litre, ½ Litre, 1 litre, 4 litres and 20 litres

Finish: High gloss

Thinner & equipment cleaner: White Spirit

Dilution Ratio: Maximum 10% by volume with White Spirit. Avoid over-thinning as this will affect the opacity. Stir well before use.

Drying Times: Surface dry <4hrs & Hard dry <16hrs

APPLICATION DATA

The product can be applied by brush, roller or airless spray.

Spreading Capacity per coat: Depends on film thickness applied, type of texture, surface porosity, imperfections, temperature & wastage during the painting.

8 – 10 m2/l per coat when applied over Crown Undercoat on a smooth surface.

Maximum spread rate per coat is obtained at minimum dry film thickness and vice versa.
